"Careless for two weeks after a wreck caused by their insured and still waiting for a rental car. They’ve sent me to enterprise two times for a car that doesn’t exist, refusing to pay the towing company to get my vehicle to a repair shop, and now telling me they can’t help me anymore and they have no recollection of my case and blaming “corporate” for the issue. Been on hold for 30 minutes and a very rude agent hung up on my call. This place needs to be looked into."

"Absolutely horrible experience with my 1st ever claim in 24 years. Storms damaged my roof April 2025, finally got an adjuster out to look at it on June 2nd. She spent over an hour on the roof and would only approve repair not replacement and she even told me it would look terrible. My roofer had to replace sections to prove it would not match. I was then sent through a series of hoops to jump through and finally got most of a replacement roof paid for. I was supposed to only pay my deductible but in the end I had to pay my deductible PLUS over $2k, but they gave me no choice it took 1 YEAR to get that far and the wood on my roof was rotting allowing leaks so I had to do something. Not to mention the hundreds of emails, phone calls, pictures, tarps, etc. I have a video that shows my ceiling leaking a year ago. The pictures show the mismatched shingles they demanded I accept and finally the replacement roof that I had to pay way more than supposed to. Chad, would you accept a patchwork roof on your home when you pays thousands a year for insurance?? I didn't think so."
